Meat Master Nakazawa Yakiniku

This is an authentic yakiniku restaurant that specializes in extremely fresh Wagyu beef that has never been frozen. We treat yakiniku as a cuisine and offer truly delicious yakiniku dishes, with particular attention paid to everything from the selection of cuts to the cutting, grilling, and seasoning. Our meals are based on a course menu. Our dedicated "grill master" will grill the meat to the best conditions.
*Nikusho Nakazawa is a restaurant directly managed by our hotel located near Hakuba Station. For guests staying at the hotel, we will provide transportation according to your reservation time.
