We follow the seasons of Shinshu and Hakuba and use locally grown ingredients as the main ingredients.
We offer a course-style Chinese cuisine.
We cherish the blessings of the mountains and the unique characteristics of seasonal ingredients.
Based on Chinese cooking techniques, the dish is light and relaxed.
As the meal progresses, the seasons of Shinshu become more apparent.

Signature Course

Our premium full-course meal featuring exotic dishes like shark fin and seasonal fish is sure to create memories of time spent with your family, friends, and loved ones around a table of unique flavors.

Standard Course
12,100 yen (tax included)

The course meal consists of 8 to 9 dishes including appetizer, soup, meat dish, fish dish and dessert.
You can enjoy a full course meal prepared by our chef who is particular not only about the ingredients but also about the water used in the cooking.

Children's Course

We offer two types of dinner for children:

・For children under elementary school age (6-12 years old) 6,600 yen (tax included)
Appetizer, soup, dim sum (spring rolls, shumai, dumplings, xiaolongbao, fried chicken), stewed shrimp in chili sauce, fried rice, almond tofu

・For preschool children (ages 3-6) 3,300 yen (tax included)
Soup, dim sum (spring rolls, shumai, dumplings, xiaolongbao, fried chicken), fried rice, almond tofu

*Children's chairs and cutlery are available in the restaurant. Please ask if you require them.
