Important Information from Sierra Resort Hakuba

This will be the first Sierra Resort project to feature a collaboration dinner between Group Executive Chef Mitsuhisa Kanazawa and Hakuba Hanten Chef Takeshi Abe.

The skills and sensibilities of these two artists resonate with each other across genres.
We will breathe new life into Shinshu ingredients while enhancing the appeal of each ingredient.

Meals are served as course meals.
The two chefs are currently discussing and experimenting with the details.

■Price Course meal: 18,000 yen per person (tax included) + 10% service charge
Drinks are sold separately. We will suggest wines from Nagano Prefecture according to your taste.

■Seating
Single participants are also welcome. Please note that you may be seated with other guests.

■ Regarding food allergies and food intolerances: As this event will be served in a course menu format with everyone starting at the same time, it will be difficult to accommodate food allergies or food intolerances. Ingredients used will include meat, fish, and vegetables in general. There are no plans to use shellfish, but they may be included as broth or extract. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate requests to remove specific ingredients.

■Regarding participation of children: Children can participate only if they order the same course as adults (same price).
