We will be holding a one-day sushi event hosted by Chef Takayoshi Kubo of Sushi Takashi in Nagano City.
The event will feature the finest fish prepared by a master of nerve-killing, a tasting of different parts of bluefin tuna, the top-rated sea urchin, and, unique to Nakazawa events, Wagyu beef.
Please enjoy the Shinshu-mae sushi that can only be tasted on this day.

Chef's Profile
Takayoshi Kubo
A master craftsman of "Shinshu-mae sushi" who combines Edomae sushi with the climate and seasonal feel of Shinshu.
After honing his skills at famous restaurants in Tokyo, he opened Sushi Takashi in Nagano City in 2008.
Featured in Gault & Millau and selected as Hitosara Best Chef.
He works closely with chefs and producers in Shinshu, and is also committed to activities that will connect the local food culture to the future.
