Hakuba Roasting Workshop is a log cabin-style coffee specialty store that specializes in roasting coffee beans and also has a cafe attached.
In a space filled with the warmth of wood, you can enjoy the shop's signature coffee and sweets.
The coffee beans are available for purchase in store and by mail order, making them a great souvenir for your trip to Hakuba.
The restaurant is within walking distance of Happo bus terminal and the gondola lift station, but is a little far from the center of Hakuba Happo, making it a quieter place to stay.
