This time we will introduce you to an excellent pizza restaurant!
This is a recommended restaurant that is about 15 minutes by car from Hotel Sierra Resort Hakuba.

Seasonal Caprese

An exquisite combination of mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and grapes.
This was my first time experiencing such a stylish Caprese.

Homemade salsiccia, mushroom and soft-boiled egg pizza

An unusual oval-shaped pizza cut into a grid pattern.
The aroma of mushrooms was superb and appetizing!
The rich cheese and slightly thick bread dough go perfectly together, making this a very satisfying dish.

Braised salted pork belly

Extremely tender braised pork belly served with mustard sauce!
It melts in your mouth...

There were other interesting dishes on the menu too, all of which looked really delicious...
Of course, you can enjoy it with wine.
It's already cold at this time of year (late October), but it seems that the terrace seats are open in the summer.
It's also close to Echoland, so you can go to a bar or cafe after your meal.
They are open for lunch too, so be sure to try it out next time you visit Hakuba!
