Sierra Resort Hakuba's French restaurant has been a guest-favorite for many years.
We are also home to Hakuba Hanten, a long-running Chinese restaurant relocated from Hakuba Village in 2023.
Dinner at both features a seasonal multi-course meal of regional ingredients from Hakuba, Shinshu,
as well as an array of special course meals to suit your tastes and mood,
all of which use plenty of choice ingredients from carefully selected producers and cooking methods.
For breakfast, we offer a grand buffet of Japanese and Western dishes in the French restaurant venue.

Meat Master Nakazawa Yakiniku

This is an authentic yakiniku restaurant that specializes in extremely fresh Wagyu beef that has never been frozen. We treat yakiniku as a dish, and provide truly delicious yakiniku dishes that are particular about everything from the selection of cuts to the cutting, grilling, and seasoning. In addition to courses and a la carte dishes, we also offer meat platters according to your budget. *Nikusho Nakazawa is a restaurant directly managed by our company located near Hakuba Station. Guests staying at the hotel will be given priority seating. Please inform the hotel front desk. We will pick you up and drop you off at the time of your reservation.
