Signature Course

Our premium full-course meal featuring exotic dishes like shark fin and seasonal fish is sure to create memories of time spent with your family, friends, and loved ones around a table of unique flavors.

Standard Course

A presentation of 10 courses, including an appetizer, soup, meat, fish, and dessert.
Celebrate the creations of our chef, who's known to be so careful about his ingredients, he's even particular about the water.

Children's Course

The following children's dinner is available for 2,200 yen (tax included).

Head Chef Takeshi Abe

Chef Abe was born in Yamanashi Prefecture in 1988 and, after graduating from high school, worked at local restaurants to study the kitchen. He later moved to Canada and Australia, living and working as a chef in restaurants abroad.

After returning to Japan, he gained experience in a variety of food and beverage businesses, including French restaurants, and finally trained under the original owner at "Hakuba Hanten" a long-established Chinese restaurant in Hakuba Village. He served as the second chef from 2015 until the summer of 2023, when he became head chef "Hakuba Hanten" at its new location within Sierra Resort Hakuba.
