Surrounded by approximately 10,000 square meters of lush landscape, you can enjoy your stay at Sierra Resort Hakuba in any style you like.
Lobby
Rest your eyes on our courtyard and the view of the Tsugaike Plateau from the large windows at the front of the lobby. In winter, a proper wood fire in the fireplace warms the entire lobby space.
Open Lounge
In summer, the partitions on the deck can be fully opened to let in the breeze coming off the highlands. In winter, the snowy scenery through the glass can be enjoyed from comfort of the hotel's warmth. This space is ideal for admiring the changing beauty of the seasons. In addition, refreshment is available at several times in the day and in several locations within the building, including the open lounge and lobby. Please enjoy a late-night nibble, after checking in, or when recovering from a hot bath.
View Lounge
We have billiards and darts available, as well as toys and picture books for children. It can also be rented out as a party venue or meeting room.

Hakuba Village is a rare indulgence with a grand total of six hot spring sources. Among them, our greatest pride is Hakuba Mizubasho Onsen.
Mizubasho Onsen "Kominka no Yu"
Hakuba Mizubasho Onsen "Kominka no Yu" has a plentiful supply of hot water from its own spring source. It features large, gender-separated indoor baths, as well as open-air cypress and rock baths.
Private Baths
Guests staying at the hotel can also enjoy the natural hot spring waters of Hakuba Mizubasho Onsen in three different styles of private baths.

Take in the view of the seasonally shifting garden over fine French cuisine prepared by our chef, a recipient of numerous prestigious awards.

Newly relocated in summer of 2023, this restaurant offers a unique Chinese dining experience with fine locally produced ingredients.

Play chase and lie down in the grass under the warm summer sun, or sled and build igloos in the snow in the winter wonderland.
Walking Path
The vast grounds are plentiful with walking paths for strolling through the forest, whether under the fresh green buds spring or the rainbow of autumn leaves.
During the season of melting snow, a variety of seasonal wildflowers peek through, including the water lily, for which our hot spring, "Mizubasho," is named.
If you're lucky, you might even encounter rabbits, squirrels, and other wildlife on your walk.
