Important Information from Sierra Resort Hakuba

Thank you for always using Hotel Sierra Resort Hakuba.
The pool is scheduled to be open as follows for the summer season of 2024.

[Business hours] 9:00am - 4:00pm

The room is available from 11:00 p.m. on the check-in day and until 1:00 p.m. on the check-out day.
If you would like to use the facilities before checking in, please inform the front desk staff when you arrive. The staff will show you where to change clothes.

*We may close our doors in the event of poor weather conditions, such as a significant drop in air or water temperature or the risk of lightning.
*The pool is lit up at night, but as there are no lifeguards present, you cannot enter the pool. Please enjoy the cool evening air by the pool.
