Morning Yoga Class Announcement

Why not refresh yourself with some yoga in the pleasant morning breeze? This is a session that even beginners can enjoy. Please feel free to join us.

Date and time: 8:00-9:00 a.m. on August 10th and 11th Location: Deck in front of the Open Lounge (*The event will be held rain or shine. It may be held indoors depending on the weather.)
How to make a reservation: Advance reservations are required.
Please apply by phone or at the front counter.
Capacity: 10 people (first come, first served)
What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. (※We also have mats available for rental at the hotel.)

Yoga instructor | Mizuhime Nakajima (from Kyoto City, living in Ikeda Town)
She decided to become a yoga instructor after taking a course to deepen her own yoga knowledge, and continued to learn, eventually obtaining the international yoga teaching qualification RYT500 from the Yoga Alliance. In order to help as many people as possible feel the deep connection between body and mind and the changes it brings, she strives to provide careful instruction in anatomical-based "safe and effective yoga" and yoga philosophy and meditation-based "yoga for self-knowledge," with careful attention to each individual.
