Hot spring

Refresh body and mind with gentle spring water for the skin and beautiful wild scenery for the eyes.

Hakuba Village is a rare indulgence with a grand total of six hot spring sources. Among them, our greatest pride is Hakuba Mizubasho Onsen.

The large public bath and private hot springs are from the hotel's own abundant natural hot spring sources. The large public bath, "Kominka no Yu," is a charming building relocated from an old family home of the Edo period. Relax and unwind while taking in the majestic view of the Hida Mountains.

The private hot springs—for the exclusive use of Sierra Resort Hakuba guests—include the "Japanese-style bath" and "Thermae Romae bath," favorites of small families and couples. We also offer the unique bath called "Goemon bath," a style of bath rarely found in many places day.

People without you

Hakuba Mizubasho Onsen "Kominka no Yu" is a privately-sourced and abundant hot spring, featuring a large indoor bath, an open-air cypress bath, and an open-air rock bath. Open until 2 a.m., you can relax and unwind late into the night.

This sodium bicarbonate hot spring is also known as a "beauty skin bath," said to have a high moisturizing effect and is sure to keep you warm long after your dip.
